With every copy of CONTACTfile comes a comprehensive manual, there's a set of help videos, and don't forget you can usually find us at the end of the phone.

If you would like formal training, choose from our programme of training events listed below. All courses are £40 plus VAT.

Arrangements

  • All training courses are two hours in duration. 
  • Venue: Adur Business Centre at Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex
  • If you attend both morning and afternoon sessions, lunch will be provided free of charge.
  • Bring your own laptop (we have a limited number of laptops for anyone who can’t manage this, but please inform us well in advance).
  • Use your own data if you wish – bring along copies of your data files.  More detailed instructions on how to do this will be given in due course.
  • All training courses cost £40 (£47 including VAT).
  • No more than 6 delegates per training course.
  • The training course will take place if two or more have booked.
  • Full refunds will be given if course is cancelled for any reason.
  • No refunds will be given to anyone not attending without notice.
  • Half refund will be given to anyone not attending with 24 hours notice.
  • 90% refund will be given to anyone not attending with one week’s notice.
