For the small and medium-size business, CONTACTfile Invoicer has all the functionality of Pro, but also gives the business professional a way of generating quotation and raising invoices. Use a standalone PC, or share your data over a network.

Invoicer consists of two components:

• Quoter, which provides the means for you to record the work you do for clients, and/or the products you plan to sell them. It can be used to issue a quotation, a work specification, a written record of an enquiry made by the client, or simply a confirmation of a current state of play. All these types of documentation can be accompanied by estimated charges, or not, as appropriate.
• Invoicer, which is used to build actual charges made to the client, to commit them to paper, and keep track of when the resulting invoice has been sent and subsequently paid.

You can:

• Set your regular prices for commodities or services
• Produce quotations or statements of work for consideration by your client
• Build your charges from the quoted amounts, or from scratch
• Produce invoices at completion or at an end-of-month basis
• Be reminded to follow up invoices as payment becomes due
• Produce reminder invoices if payment is not forthcoming
